Groundwork South West

Swindon

Groundwork South West has successfully completed the installation of a Multi Use Games Area and refurbishment of tennis courts in the Old Town area of Swindon.  Working closely with Swindon Borough Council this project was funded through the Barclays Spaces for Sport scheme.

This free to use community sports facility opened in September 2006.  It will increase participation in a range of sports and activities by young and old and help regenerate public space in the area.

We are keen to develop new project proposals with an environmental or regeneration theme in Swindon.  If you would like to talk to us about ways of working together, please get in touch.
