Groundwork South West has successfully developed a Multi Use Games Area and refurbished tennis courts in North Taunton.  Working closely with Taunton Deane Borough Council, this project was funded through the Barclays Spaces for Sport scheme.

This free to use community sports facility opened in October 2006.  Residents in the local area now have access to better sports and recreation facilities, more people can take part and there are specific activities available for young people.

We are keen to develop new project proposals with an environmental or regeneration theme in Somerset.  If you would like to talk to us about ways of working together, please get in touch.
